Semi-Private Personal Training

This is a great option for someone who is an experienced exerciser and wants to share the session with a friend or a spouse.

Two individuals have the option of sharing a 30 minute or 1 hour session and each will get a full body workout gaining the same benefits of a one on one session.

Single semi-private sessions are one time only with no commitment for future sessions. A series of sessions reoccur on some regular basis which can be as little as once per month or as often as three times per week. Committing to a semi-private series offers a reduced rate per session. A retainer is required equal to one session paid in advance.

Sessions can include circuit training, sports specific training, post rehabilitation exercises, functional training and more.

All workouts are designed to maximize results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you fail to show or provide 24 hour notice for cancellation, you forfeit your retainer. This series does not expire until you opt to discontinue. No payments for future sessions are accepted. If you fail to provide 24 hour notice prior to cancellation, from that point forward I reserve the right to charge you the premium single session rate for that session.
