Clean Eating Tips
• Eat 5 or 6 meals a day • Aim to eat every 2 – 3 hours • Drink plenty of water (80 – 100 ounces daily) • Snack on fresh produce (with a protein) • Eat protein at each snack/meal • Avoid processed foods and fast foods • Get in your daily fiber • Watch your portions • Plan and pre-prepare your food • Limit alcohol to no more than 2 – 3 drinks/week (4 oz each) • Avoid simple sugars • Minimize saturated fats • Eliminate hydrogenated fats
